Dr. Samuel Abah is the president of HolyNations International Ministries, a distinguished global leader in educational leadership with over 15 years of experience in higher and further education. He holds Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and has a proven track record in academic leadership, curriculum innovation, and international partnership development.

In 2016–2017, Sam led the successful establishment of two university study centres in the UK. From 2018 to 2024, he played a pivotal role in supporting multiple international articulation and validation programmes. Over the past 12 years, he has pioneered the development and implementation of a wide range of academic programmes, including Health and Social Care, Applied Biosciences, Biomedical Science, Law, Access to Higher Education, Business, Policing, IT, and Nursing.

Sam is highly experienced in curriculum design at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and is a strong advocate for the decolonisation of the curriculum. More recently, he has launched a series of initiatives focused on designing assessment and feedback systems that are resilient in the age of AI. These sessions, which emphasize authentic and effective approaches to assessing learning, have drawn the participation of over 200 academics globally, under the banner of the charity HolyNations International Ministries.

Sam is passionate about collaborative learning as well and he was one of the people that launched Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) project in his previous place of primary assignment. This COIL project has made it possible for institutions in different location and country to learn seamlessly without any interference.

Prior to his transition into the education sector, Sam worked with prominent institutions such as the European Union, the Francis Crick Institute, and the Medical Research Council (MRC). His leadership and management expertise are evidenced by his successful establishment and oversight of academic programmes that have achieved outstanding student satisfaction outcomes.

Sam currently serves as President of HolyNations International, where he continues to expand the organization's influence, particularly across the UK.
